When I visited Vietnam first in 2009 December, I could not feel more that there is a socialist or communist state except only airport security guard. Vietnam was changing. After 1990s, they accepted capitalistic economy and now they become more free than before enough to joke among Ho Chi Minh’s Guards.
Sometimes they think that the value of money is more important than others under the influence of capitalistic, but almost people are still warm-hearted person and keep still their tradition. Even though minority group can be found at other Indochina Pen., they in north Vietnam area have a little different costume, lifestyle.
